    Stylish property, has affable staff at the reception desk. Brand-new and well-maintained hotel units with bathtub and huge king size bed plus good bathrooms. Incredible and particularly good location, metres from a Gothic Catholic cathedral. Walking distance to the Christmas market and the Farmer's market across the street.

    Fairly clean, wonderful hotel with exceptional staff that provided excellent service. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Spilberk Park. Nice building and rooms even on lower floors. Private parking nearby provided;)))

    The reception and the courteous staff

    There were only 2 couches in the sauna area and the water dispenser in the sauna area was empty.

    location

    The food was only average. The room service continental breakfast was listed a complimentary on the order card and then charged, although later reversed. The desk staff were accomodating but not friendly. I would recomend only because of location.

    Very nice ambience, very good location at the edge of the city centre.

    The junior suite on the 5th floor is only equipped with roof windows and therefore no view, you would be better served with a standard room!

    I loved everything about this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it. The design and luxury perfectly compliment the historic building. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was excellent with beautifully served food at excellent prices. I loved every minute of my stay at this hotel and have recommended it to others.

    Excellent valet parking service, quiet and well-insulated rooms, modern interiors in common areas

    The gym is utterly disappointing with insufficient equipment and the sauna access feels more like a game of luck!!! Consider improving the maintenance of bathroom fixtures and keep toiletries stocked daily!!!
